I was 10 years into a lucrative, six figure career. A career that I performed extremely well in and one that bored me to no end!
I was no longer challenged or mentally stimulated. It was no longer fun or interesting and I was close to maxing out of career options within the industry, let alone the company.
Oh yea, and there was a ton of stress.
I felt like I was losing myself!
Worse, I felt like I was wasting time; Like I had a calling to do something, but I didn't know what it was.
Golden handcuffs.
So I hired a Life Coach and was absolutely enamored with the process: I got a sounding board; Someone who had my best interest in mind; Someone to ask powerful questions and who reminded me of how marketable I was; Someone who encouraged me to be true to myself and my desires.
She listened.
My Coach was a professional who made space for me to explore what I really wanted for my next career move. My Coach also offered her experience with hundreds of other clients so I could skip some steps and avoid the mistakes of others as I built my new career.
When I decided what I'd love to do, my Coach provided suggestions and support every step of the way as I planned my work and worked my plan. She helped me me stay focused and I consistantly produced results until one day I realized that I was actually "living the dream"!
I was so happy and impressed with this process that I studied, trained and became a Coach myself.
The reason?
So I could encourage and support others to the freedom of living their dream too.
